We never just sell a standard product, period!
We always listen to the client’s wishes, requirements and we adapt our products accordingly. When required we give advises but never impose. We are ready to modify a project the number of times necessary to get a tour that fits the traveler perfectly. We always take great care to offer travelers the best value for money! And that with the greatest skill, rapidity and reactivity.
During the tour we accompany the client sharing with him all our knowledge, our competence and our kindness. And even when our presence is not required, we always keep an eye on the traveler, following his trip to the track and even preceding him to ensure that everything runs smoothly (but never watching him, as we respect his privacy!)
Then, at the end of the trip we ask the impressions of the traveler to constantly evaluate and improve our products. Even when you’re an expert, there is always something to learn!
