At the same time Apsara Tours has developed a strong competence in the individual touring (FIT), developing outstanding programs based on history, culture, nature, discovery, local touch, adventure, sport in mountains or at the sea side, beach, etc., or a sound balance between some of these components, according to the requirements of the travelers. Besides, programs can be tailor-made according to the interests of the traveler and the level of comfort he or she expects in accommodation and transportation.

The Thai Managing Director of the company, has a more than 30 year experience within the tourism industry. She has established a name for providing an outstanding level of service to Belgian travel companies and has an excellent reputation in the Thai Travel Industry. She has built close and harmonious relationship with our overseas partners, our local colleagues in tourism and our service providers.

They are at the crossroads of tourism in Southeast Asia and work towards accomplishing the wishes and desires of our clients for outstanding programs based on history, culture, nature, discovery, local touch, adventure, sport in mountains or at the sea side, beach, etc., or a sound balance between some of these components.
Therefore, our product managers not only are creating new products for our clients but they are permanently on the alert to follow the evolution of the market, adapting themselves and our products. They act in such a way that they are able to give the best advice to the clients and can anticipate their future needs and requirements.
Their creativity aims not only at the permanent satisfaction of the client but helps greatly the development of the country as the success of their job put to work a long chain of collaboration (hotels, transports, guides, etc.). So our product managers constantly strive for efficiency and professionalism in all their tasks. They continuously translate their knowhow of the land and their knowledge and experience concerning the expectations of the visiting guests into quality products. The management can rely on a diligent, service minded and experienced team, living in the country for many years for its Belgian members, and knowledgeable about the job for which they are passionate. They are multilingual Dutch, French, English, Italian and Thai. Reactivity, adaptability, relevance of the proposals made, quickness and excellence are their motto.
Our Thai guides have an official license in tourism, sign of their training in this profession. We select the best of them, recognized not only for their competence but for the quality of their relation with the travelers. They are at least bilingual Thai and English. We can also provide very professional, experienced and service minded Dutch or French speaking tour leaders to guide, inform and help the guests in their mother language. Our drivers have all the official licenses required. We check that they are competent, balanced, well trained, experienced and friendly with the customers.
